| Reduced rate season tickets are available for the differently abled, war or service invalids, Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto, persons with at least 67% invalidity and those receiving a minimum pension. The provincial card is valid for 10 years while the ACTV season ticket is valid for three years. Persons with at least 67% invalidity must present two passport sized photographs, a photocopy of an identity document and a form confirming the degree of invalidity (issued by the medical commission). Those with minimum pension must rpesent the OM01 pension form, two passport sized photographs and an identity document. |

| A crossing can be booked even if the season ticket is exhausted, providing that before embarking, the holder regularises the position by topping up the season ticket. |

| Can a ferry crossing be booked? |
| A ferry crossing can only be booked by residents of Lido and Pellestrina with a season ticket for the ferry, following booking through the Hellovenezia call center (+39)-041-2424. The booking must be made by telephone prior to the day before the day of travel between 7.30 and 19.00. On the day before the day of travel, the booking can be made only until 13.00. |

| Season ticket holders can request an invoice at the Hellovenezia ticket office at Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta. Those without a season ticket must ask for an invoice at the same time as they purchase a ticket. |

| Objects of up to 150 cm as the sum of the three dimensions can be transported. Each ticket allows the passenger to carry hand luggage of up to 120 cm as the sum of the three dimensions free of charge. Objects considered dangerous or explosive may not be carried. |

The ferry season ticket must be applied for at the Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta ticket office, presenting the logbook of the car showing that the owner of the vehicle is resident on Lido or Pellestrina, the tax code and an identification document.
Within seven days of the request, the interested party will receive a communication from ACTV and must go to the Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta ticket office to collect the season ticket. |

| Ordinary and employee season tickets are valid for 12 months from the start date. A student 8 x 9 season ticket is valid from September to June. |

The following categories can travel free of charge on ACTV public transport: Magistrates, the Forces of Order (officials, non commissioned officers and privates, women's police force), State Police (all agents), Carabinieri (officials, non commissioned officers and privates), Customs Inspectors (agents), Revenue Corps (officials, non commissioned officers and privates), Excise and Revenue Police (inspectors), Ministry of Finance (criminal investigation department and revenue police, technical personnel), Prisons and rehabilitation centres (wardens), Fire fighting forces (Firemen and auxiliaries), Traffic control authority (all employees), ANAS officers (all employers), Region, Province and City councils (security personnel on duty), Venice and Chioggia port authority (personnel on duty), Forestry Corps, UTIF officers and agents, State and Regional officers responsible for security and unions on provincial navigation and the provincial doctor, Officers of the MCTC inspectorate general, Members of Parliament, Members of the High Council of Public Works, Prefect of Venice, Local Authority Councillors and the Secretary of Venice Local Authority, senior citizens over 75 in possession of an "over 75 two-network urban season ticket".
