| Are there day tickets? |
Actv has introduced 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h, 72h tickets . These allow unlimited travel and can be used on all ACTV buses and boats operating in the Venice Local Authority Area, with the exception of Alilaguna, Clodia and Fusina lines. The tickets are valid from 12, 24, 36, 48 or 72 hours from validation and cost respectively €16.00, €18.00, €23.00, €28.00 and €33.00. They can be used on all lines, including buses on Lido and the Mestre urban network. They can be bought directly from ticket offices or booked and prepaid exclusively by bank transfer by sending an-mail to turismoeventi@velaspa.com . A copy of the bank transfer must be sent by fax at least a week before pick-up of the tickets to (+39)-041-2722673 . The tickets can be picked up from the agreed Hellovenezia ticket office on presentation of the operator's voucher. |

| Are there reserved tickets for conference participants? |
A Congress Card is available for participants at meetings, congresses and conferences. It is named and not transferable and must always be accompanied by an identity document. It has a maximum validity of 8 days and a minimum number of 90 can be requested. To obtain the card, it must be booked via the Trade Office, via e-mail to turismoeventi@velaspa.com or by fax to (+39)-041-2722673, indicating the congress organisers, place and date of the congress and exact number of participants. The card will be consigned pre-stamped with the period of validity (from to ). The name of the participant will be inserted after delivery by the applicant. Once issued, the validity cannot be extended. Cards must be picked up from the previously agreed Hellovenezia ticket office. |

| Are there tickets for groups of students and senior citizens? |
For groups of students and senior citizens, there are tickets costing €4.00 covering two trips per day, excluding boat line 1. They are reserved for groups of at least 14 students from the European Union and groups of at least 20 senior citizens over 65. The group must travel together and be in possession of a list of participants. It may not be used on the number 1 boat line. The tickets must be bought directly from the ticket office, unless they are purchased through a travel agency. |

They cannot be booked or prepaid at the Hellovenezia Trade office. They can, however, be purchased directly from Hellovenezia ticket offices on presentation of a list of the students' names bearing the stamp of the school. |

| Season ticket holders can request an invoice at the Hellovenezia ticket office at Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta. Those without a season ticket must ask for an invoice at the same time as they purchase a ticket. |

| Objects of up to 150 cm as the sum of the three dimensions can be transported. Each ticket allows the passenger to carry hand luggage of up to 120 cm as the sum of the three dimensions free of charge. Objects considered dangerous or explosive may not be carried. |

| Punta Sabbioni can be reached with a student group ticket by taking the boat at San Marco-San Zaccaria Pietà, or Fondamenta Nove. |

It is very important to indicate the pick-up date. This does not necessarily correspond to the use date. |

| How can I buy tickets for sports clubs? |
Tickets for sports clubs must be bought through the Hellovenezia Trade office by sending an e-mail to turismoeventi@velaspa.com or a fax to (+39)-041-2722673, including a list of the players' names on the club's CONI headed paper and indicating the time, place and date of the match. Payment must be by bank transfer, sending a copy of the transfer by fax to the Trade Office. The tickets can then be picked up from the Hellovenezia ticket office indicated previously. Alternatively, they can be paid for and picked up directly in a Hellovenezia ticket office on presentation of a list of the players' names, the CONI club's stamp and the time, place and date of the match. |

| Two pieces of luggage or packages no larger than 120 cm as the sum of the three dimensions can be carried free of charge. The most usual type of ticket is the normal one-way ticket costing €6.50. It is valid on any line except the Alilaguna, Clodia and Fusina lines. Changes to other lines are allowed, but not return travel. Valid for 60 minutes from validation, including with interruptions. |

| Can I buy tickets on ACTV buses and boats? |
| Tickets can be bought on all boats, on condition they are requested from a member of crew immediately when you board the boat. On buses, tickets can be bought only on Sundays, Bank Holidays, during the evening and at night. Procedures and times vary according to area. The on-board boat ticket costs €1.50 for Cartavenezia holders and €6.50 full price. On buses, a supplement of €0.80 is applied. |
